Sarah began her journey into yoga 12 years ago. Her faith in yoga grew as she experienced firsthand the transformations that were happening in all aspects of her life – mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally.
Sarah is a very active person who loves mud runs, obstacle course racing, marathons, boot camps, basically movement of any kind. This was one of the main reasons she wanted to complete her 200-hour teacher training with FitYoga – movement in the body, keeping the body strong and healthy so you can turn inward and deepen your connection with your true athletic self.
Sarah knows that once you try a FitYoga class you will be hooked. The challenge awaits you!
