Kids Programs

Welcome to our NEW Kids Programs!

Join us as we explore Art in Nature, Yoga in Nature, and daily arts and crafts while using our imagination through play. We will practice mindfulness, kindness, inclusion and respect for everyone. We will be having loads of fun mixing yoga, crafts, stories, hikes, picnics, nature, magic and more!! One major importance of nature is that it offers countless learning opportunities. Children are curious as many things are new to them. They will explore and experience different sights, sounds and objects. These are a thing of wonder to them. This sense of wonder turns into a sense of exploration. When you let your child learn from nature, they explore and learn new things about their surroundings. They take risks while playing, learn from their mistakes and try again. This way your child will also gain self-resilience and confidence.

Yoga helps your children the same way as adults and many times even more. It helps them relax, improves their mood and lowers stress and anxiety levels. This in turn promotes deep sleep and helps manage their emotions better. Yoga also allows your children to develop empathy and be mindful. Each day children will engage in fun, playful yoga – yoga mats, and all props will be provided for use during camp.

2 Day Weekend Camp Dates

Week Long Yoga and Nature Camp

There will be 8 spots available for each of our weekend camps as well as our week long camp in August. Children will spend most of the day outside exploring and connecting to nature and the world around them. Nature stimulates and engages all the senses of your child. It helps in their social, emotional and intellect growth too.

Campers are encouraged to bring their own snacks, water bottle, sunscreen, change of clothes and dress for the ever changing weather.  Day campers are asked to bring their own favorite lunch and snacks each day. Washroom facilities, an indoor space for yoga, lunch and crafts is always available too. Will have space inside for children to store their backpacks and a fridge for lunches.

We will meet each morning at Clifton House for check in. Arrive no earlier then 10 minutes before your camp starts. Please pick up your child on time when camp is over.

More details and a wavier form will be emailed to you once you register for your camp session.

Each day will be filled with activities designed to keep children safe and engaged, with time for rest when needed.
