Yoga and Dance classes with a focus on creativity, movement, mindfulness and FUN!! 

Yoga for “Littles” (4-7 yrs old) 4 SPOTS LEFT! 

This class will be taught using imaginative storytelling. Children may pretend to be pirates, mermaids, or animals in the jungle as they move through the poses and concentrate on their breathing. This “Littles” Yoga will help with body awareness and alignment, improved focus, and help to build strength and confidence.
Children will be learning skills on how to calm themselves through yoga postures and activities while having FUN….
Dress in comphy clothes and bring a water bottle. Mats and all props provided.




Yoga for “Balance” (8-12 yrs old) 2 SPOTS LEFT! 

This 6 week series will promote healthy development in our youth.  
Movement, and therefore yoga, is essential for fast-growing bodies. Yoga can also provide pre-teens with essential life tools such as self-esteem and confidence, inner and outer strength, attention and concentration, and heightened awareness of both oneself and others.                                                                                                      
Be part of a Yoga Community of Friends through: Partner Yoga, Dance, Drama, Music, Arts and Crafts, Nature, Acrobatics and so much more.                                                                                                    

Yoga is very pleasurable, and it connects us to our body. It helps tweens learn how to enjoy and love their body too. It’s important to emphasize that beauty comes from within.
