Clifton House Studio offers yoga and fitness classes and workshops to those seeking balance of mind and body.


FitYoga is a Full Mind-Body-Spirit workout to fuel your soul and make you sweat with pleasure. It is a Dynamic Power Vinyasa Flow sequence that fuses creative flows, powerful holds, and Pilates-inspired core exercises into a unique sequence. All practitioners welcome.


Yoga has enormous benefits physically, mentally and spiritually. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, Clifton House offers a range of yoga practice. Our classes range from pre- and post-natal to more intensely active forms. Check our list of Classes & Workshops for details.


Centered around the notion of physical and emotional balance, our instructors offer a range of healing and wellness services. These sessions and workshops include Reiki, Theta healing, stretching classes, and more. Check out our team of Instructors to learn more.


  • FitYoga 60-min or 90-min

    Focus on core strengthening, toning and movement. Class begins with a 5 minute centering meditation followed by a Power/Flow/Hatha changing asana practice. Please note that FitYoga is designed to get your heart rate up and will work your total body. The sequences move at a fairly quick pace. Previous yoga experience will be helpful but not necessary.

  • Gentle Flow Yoga 60-min

    This class is designed for beginners through intermediate students. In Gentle Flow, you’ll be guided through postures in a Vinyasa style beginning with the basic poses, but allowing for more challenging poses based on your practice level. This is a great class for students looking for a more gentle experience, those who are new to yoga, or those who need a change of pace, yet still have the option to take it to the next level. Also a perfect class for students with injuries and limitations.

  • Pilates 60-min

    Pilates is perfect for everyone as it’s adaptable (seniors, beginners, elite athletes, etc) and functional fitness. It encourages long and lean, not bulky, and you’ll have better flexibility, posture, mind/body connection with regular practice. Group and private sessions are available to help you gain the most benefit from your exercise routine.

  • Meditation 60-min

    Ongoing weekly Meditation class with Mary Moore of Serenity Glows. 7:45pm, pay by donation.

  • Baby Yoga 60-min

    Connect with your little one while getting some “me time”. Gentle stretching, flows, movement and breath work. This class is intended for parents with non mobile babies please. Crying, laughing, pooping and peeing is going to happen – learning to go with the flow and being present in the moment will be the focus of our sessions.

  • FitYoga Foundations 6-week course

    This 6 week course is great for beginners new to yoga, yogis who want to deepen their understanding of the practice, and anyone looking to connect with self. You will learn tools to connect to breath and the present moment, and build strength in both body and mind. FitYoga works the entire body with a focus on core work through Pilates elements.

  • Hatha Flow 60-min

    Hatha is an old system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation. Hatha is relatively gentle, slow and great for beginners or students who prefer a more relaxed style where they hold poses longer.
